45 year old patient came to consult with Dr Lee regarding implant implant removal. She had textured implants and was concerned about the link to ALCL. She also experienced symptoms of Breast Implant Illness and she had capsular contracture. Breast Augmentation surgery had been performed 18 years previously. She was a DD and her implants were textured gel 400cc. She did not want a breast lift. Dr Lee performed a breast implant removal with capsulectomy surgery. She is very happy with the results.
