40-year-old patient came to see Dr. Lee for breast reduction and a tummy tuck. She had a massive weight loss 15 years ago and wanted to improve the appearance of her body. She is 5ft 7in and weighs 180lbs. There was a significant loss of tone and elasticity to her abdomen. There was a significant amount of residual fat in the upper and lower abdomen extending into her flanks and lower into her pannus. She also had stretch marks.
