54-year-old patient came to see Dr. Lee to improve her abdomen area. She had a massive weight loss of 100lbs, 8 years ago. She is 5ft 5in and weighs 145lbs. There was loss of tone and elasticity typical to a massive weight loss. There was a significant amount of residual fat in the upper and lower abdomen extending into her flanks and lower into her pannus. She also had stretch marks.
