Breast Implant Exchange with Lift Case No. 1

46-year-old female came to see Dr. Lee to discuss breast implant exchange surgery. She had her original breast augmentation surgery 22 years ago and even though she had no problems decided it was time to have them removed and replaced. She was currently DD cup size and the implants were saline. She also wanted to go a little bit smaller to a C cup range. She is 5ft 6in and 122lbs. She did have very wide cleavage and because of that Dr. Lee suggested to include a breast lift to help with centralizing the breasts. Breast implant exchange with capsulectomy and a breast lift was performed with 300cc gel implants. The patient is very pleased with the results of her surgery.

A 63-year-old return patient presented for breast implant exchange, seeking improved shape, slightly increased volume, and better cleavage. She originally underwent breast augmentation in 2008, going from a B cup to a D–DD with saline implants. In 2012, she had an implant exchange with a lift to reduce volume but remained dissatisfied with the breast shape and excess skin. She is 5'0", 118 lbs,

After consultation, she chose 255cc silicone gel implants. Dr. Lee performed a breast implant exchange with capsulectomy and a breast lift—enhancing contour, improving symmetry, and creating a more balanced, natural-looking result.

Breast Implant Exchange Case No. 3

A 78-year-old return patient presented for breast implant exchange. She originally underwent breast augmentation in 1975, increasing from an A to a B cup with silicone implants. In 2003, she had an implant exchange due to rupture and transitioned to saline implants, reaching a C cup. Over time, she developed severe capsular contracture, resulting in very firm implants and a current D cup size.

While implant removal was discussed, she preferred to maintain her volume. After consultation, she selected 415cc silicone gel implants. She is 5'5", 150 lbs
