36-year-old patient came to see Dr. Lee wanting to improve her lower eyes. There was prominent protrusion of fat pads under her lower eyes and deep tear troughs. Her cheeks were also flat. Dr. Lee performed lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer to tear troughs and upper cheeks. Patient wrote “I’m thrilled with Dr. Lee’s work….”
