Breast Augment with Lift: Case No. 10
28 year old patient from Salem, Oregon came to Dr Lee wanting a breast augmentation with lift and to improve the asymmetry of her breasts. She is 5ft 6in and weighs 126lbs. Her breasts were an A cup. To correct the asymmetry Dr Lee recommended a vertical mastopexy on the right side and a periareloar mastopexy on the left side. 44-year-old female who wanted to increase the fullness of her breasts. She was a 38D cup size. She wanted to look natural and yet have significant increase in fullness. She also had one breast larger than the other and significant sagging of both breasts. To achieve the look she wanted Dr. Lee performed breast augmentation and inverted T-mastopexy. 52 year old patient who came for a breast lift consultation with Dr. John Lee. She was currently a 34D and liked the size but not the sagging. She is 5ft 10in and 153lbs. After consultation the patient decided to have a breast augmentation with a breast lift. The implants would fill out the upper poles, without the implants the patient could be left with a concave contour or “scooped looked” in the upper poles of the breast. 32-year-old patient came to see Dr. Lee after losing 80lbs. She is 5ft 1” and weighs 155lbs. She wanted to improve her breast and abdomen. She was a 32C to D cup, the left side larger than the right side and significant ptosis. Her abdomen had a significant amount of excess fat in the upper and lower sections with abdominal wall distention. She has little tone of elasticity in the area. Patient decided to do a 2-part surgery. She first did a breast augment with lift and Dr. Lee used Sientra silicone gel implants 415cc in the right side and 385cc in the left side to improve the asymmetry.
