Blepharoplasty Case No. 1 

54 yr old patient who wanted to have blepharoplasty (eye lid surgery) to improve the look of her droopy, tired eyes. Upper and lower eyelid surgery was performed by Dr John Lee. To further improve her appearance fat was transferred to her tear troughs, cheeks, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, chin and lips. There is a marked improvement in her face. She looks younger, fresher and more attractive after the surgery. 

Blepharoplasty Case No. 2 

61 year old patient who had some drooping of the upper eyelids and wrinkles and puffiness under the eyes. Dr Lee performed upper and lower blepharoplasty resulting in a refreshed, younger look. Her eyes sparkle.

Blepharoplasty Case No. 3

55 year old woman came to Dr Lee to improve her facial features. She had a significant amount of sun exposure which resulted in damage to her skin. She was also concerned with her baggy eyelids, jowls,  loose neck and thin lips.Dr Lee and patient agreed on a treatment plan for a facelift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, fat transfers to face and lips and a bilateral brow pexy. As her pictures show there is a significant improvement and new youthful appearance. 

Blepharoplasty Case No. 4

43 year old patient who wanted to improve her eyes. Dr Lee did an upper blepharoplasty but did not think she needed lower eyelid surgery. However he did fat injections to the lower eyes to fill in the hollows. The result was a fresher, less tired look that made the patient look more youthful. 

Blepharoplasty Case No. 5 

42 year old male patient who was not happy with the appearance of his lower eyelids. He had significant bags under his eyes and deep orbital grooves. Dr Lee performed lower blepharoplasty and fat injections to his tear troughs to improve the orbital grooves. The results were great and the patient is very happy.

Blepharoplasty Case No. 6 

43 year old patient from Tillamook Oregon who wanted to improve her eyelid appearance. After examination Dr Lee found her to have excess skin on her upper and lower eyelids. She also had deep grooves and circles under her eyes. Dr Lee and the patient planned for upper and lower eyelid surgery, CO2 laser under the eyes and fat transfers to the lower lids, cheeks and chin. The result of the surgery was a younger, more rested appearance and the patient is very happy with the results. The post op pictures show the redness of the CO2 laser that takes some time to resolve.

Blepharoplasty Case No. 7 

51 year old patient from Portland who came to Dr Lee wanting to improve her eyelid appearance. She had excess skin in her upper eyelids and fat pads and excess skin in her lower lids. She also had noticeable tear troughs and a flattening of her cheeks. Dr Lee performed upper and lower eyelid surgery. He also did a fat transfer to her tear troughs, cheeks and upper nasolabial folds. The patient is very happy with her improved looks. 

Blepharoplasty Case No. 8 

48 year old patient came for a consult with Dr Lee to discuss her upper and lower eyes. She was not happy with the appearance. She decided to just have upper eyelid surgery to correct her drooping eyes. She loves the outcome of the surgery, her eyes look so much bigger and she looks more alive.

Blepharoplasty Case No. 9 

53 year old woman from Portland Oregon who came to Dr Lee to discuss improving her face. After consulting Dr Lee and patient decided on a plan of a facelift, a brow lift and upper and lower eye surgery as well as fat injections to selected areas of the face. The patient was very happy with the results of her surgery. 

Blepharoplasty Case No. 10 

49 year old woman who came to Dr John Lee with concerns about her aging face in particular her upper and lower eyelids. There was sagging in the upper lids and her eyebrow on the right side was slightly lower than on the left. There was signifcant fat pouching and bulging of the lower lids with deep depressions in the tear troughs. Dr Lee performed upper and lower blepharoplasty with a right brow pexy to raise the right eyebrow. He also did fat transfers to the tear troughs and cheeks. Patient looks much younger and refreshed and is very happy with the results of surgery. 

Blepharoplasty Case No. 11 

46 year old patient who wanted to improve her eyelid appearance. She thought they made her look older than she actually was. On examination Dr Lee determined she did have skin redundancy in the upper eyelids and large fat pads in both lower eyelids which resulted in deep tear troughs. Dr Lee performed upper and lower eyelid surgery and fat transfer to the tear troughs and cheeks. After surgery the patient looked great and was very happy with the results. 

Blepharoplasty Case No. 12 

48 year old male came to see Dr Lee to discuss the bags under his eyes. Dr Lee performed lower eye surgery and removed the protruding fat pads. He also did fat grafting to the tear troughs and cheeks.  After surgery the patient looked great and is very happy with the outcome.

Blepharoplasty Case No. 13

53 year-old-male consulted with Dr. Lee about his upper and lower eyes. He had significant amount of skin redundancy in the upper eyes and protruding fat pads in the lower eyes with very deep tear troughs. Dr. Lee performed upper and lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer to the tear troughs and upper cheeks resulting in a fresh and more youthful appearance. Patient is very happy with his results.

71 year old male who came to see Dr. Lee to improve his lower eyelid region. He feels young but his eyes were not showing it. Examination showed significant protrusion of fat pads in the lower eyelids, the left being worse than the right. He also had deep tear troughs and flat upper cheeks. 63 year old patient who came to see Dr. Lee to improve her upper and lower eye area. Examination showed a small amount of excess fat in the upper lids and marked protrusion of fat pads in the lower lids. She also had deep tear troughs and flat upper cheeks. 65 year old patient who wanted to improve her upper and lower eyes as well as face and neck. She decided to start with the eyes and do facelift surgery at a later date. After examination and consultation Dr. Lee determined that she did have a lot of skin redundancy in the upper eyes and protrusion of fat pads in the lower eyes with deep troughs. Dr. Lee performed upper and lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer to the tear troughs and upper cheeks. There is a marked improvement and she is very happy with the results of her surgery.

62-year-old patient came to see Dr. Lee wanting to improve her upper and lower eyes. There was a significant amount of excess skin in the upper eyelids and fat pads under her lower eyes and deep tear troughs. Blepharoplasty Case No. 20

34-year-old patient came for a consultation regarding upper blepharoplasty. She had concerns about hooding of the upper eyelids. She had mild redundancy in the upper eyelids with the right side more significant than the left. Dr. Lee advised that she could wait till it got worse but she wanted to have the surgery done and is very happy with the subtle results.

Blepharoplasty Case No. 21

68-year-old patient wanted to improve her face and lower eyes. There was pronounced fat pads in the lower eyes and a significant amount of drooping in the cheeks and deepening of nasolabial folds. 44-year-old patient came to discuss her eyes with Dr. Lee. She was self-conscious about the bags under her eyes and wanted to improve the contour.
