Breast Implant Removal with Lift: Case 1 

36 year old patient came to consult with Dr Lee regarding implant removal due to the large size and asymptomatic health issues. Breast Augmentation surgery had been performed 13 years previously. She had been 34 A cup size and increased to DDD with saline implants filled to 475cc. She also has capsular contracture. Dr Lee performed a breast implant removal with capsulectomy and inverted-T mastopexy. She is happy with the results.

41 year old patient came to consult with Dr Lee regarding breast implant removal. Breast Augmentation surgery had been performed 5 years previously. She had been 34 A cup size and increased to D with gel implants 355cc. She also has capsular contracture. Her skin quality was reasonably good so Dr Lee advised the breasts would tighten up and she would not need a mastopexy. Dr Lee performed a breast implant removal with capsulectomy. Breast Implant Removal with Lift: Case 3 

47 year old patient  came to consult with Dr Lee regarding implant implant removal due to breast implant illness symptoms that she had experienced for the past two years. Breast Augmentation surgery had been performed 5 years previously. She had been small C cup size and increased to DD with gel implants 457cc. She also has capsular contracture. She also required a breast lift. Dr Lee performed a breast implant removal with capsulectomy with an inverted-T mastopexy. She is happy with the results.

She had Allergan implants 378 ml textured silicone get implants. Her implant surgery was in 2007. Dr Lee performed bilateral breast implant removal with total capsulectomy and mastopexy. Because the implants were textured the capsule was sent to the lab for testing. The patients is happy to have the implants removed and likes her natural B sized breasts.

64-year-old patient had breast augmentation with saline implants in 2001. She had severe capsular contracture with migration of the implant on the right side and partial deflation and rippling on the left side.
